Good car wash, guy named Anas did a good job for me

Good quick service mostly. Car washing service is good and but busy most of the time. I like the Bakeria inside the store. It has good breakfast items in the morning plus good coffee.

This remains by far the best car wash station in the city since 2001. They never disappointed me with the level of detailing even with the regular wash. They don’t try to sell you steam wash, they spend enough time to finish the car, the quick and detail oriented finishers team do it just right. Keep it up guys and wish other stations learn from you.

This is the best car wash on a very accessible area with a very humble staff. The staff will keep you engaged with the complete washing process. Its not about small or big car. Its a give and take we must treat people well. Staff is very dedicated and helpfull.

Very bad auto wash staff are very carelessness if you have small car they will not care of you, I keep my car for auto wash I received it have new satins when I asked staff member why? He said you should go manual wash!! So why I send my car to auto wash since will not well cleanIm not recommended this station for auto wash at all or other services only you will waste your money

They have rest areas. Good for Handicap services. Have eating options. Good staff behaviour. Talented people working there. Can take rest on the long drive way. Oil changing. Car repairing. Maintenance. Air pressure. Restaurant area. Coffee shops. Mobile recharge. Mobile accessories. First station of its nature. Liked it a lot.

Very nice but fuel attendants aggressively selling boxes of Tissues, Perfumes and Fuel injector liquid. How Emarat figured that these 3 things are the principal driver of happiness is anyones guess. People are still coming to terms with sticker shock of VAT & unsubsidized fuel.

The quality they deliver is way below average. I had many experiences at the same location and all during the night shift. The night shift manager was arrogant and was not up to the right attitude to handle complaints and he lacks communication skills big time. Full wash, body wash or even steam wash all same low quality but in different bills 👎

I paid for full car clean and the workers disappeard for dinner during the cleaning. I spoke to the supervisor, since my car was still dirty. He said your car is clean enough. What is this behaviour? Either the car is clean or it is not clean, but there is no clean enough. I even showed him the sand on my seats and the spots on my windows and he even told the workers dont clean this. And then he told me I would take to much time and shall go now. This is very rude. If I pay for the car wash, I want them to finish the cleaning and not leaving it dirty. I had to finish the cleaning by myself and the workers were watching me doing this, after they finished their dinner. I will never go for their car wash again.

Went to fill the car and a petrol jerry can late yesterday night. Service person at the pump insisted on making a copy of my Emirates ID and making me sign a form and provide my mobile phone number. He was rude and wouldnt explain why I had to do that. I kept asking repeatedly and he would just ignore my questions as if hes deaf, and proceed to ask me other stuff. I later figured out that this is new Dubai Police regulation (required for people who buy petrol but not for their car), and Im all for it as I think it improves the general safety of everyone in the city. But the customer service guy could easily have just said that to me. Instead he was just so rude.
